PAI Launches Six-Figure Ad Urging Congress to Pass the 2026 Farm Bill and Build on President Trump’s Executive Order Invoking DPA to Secure Food Supply from China
On the heels of President Trump's invocation of the Defense Production Act, the Protecting America Initiative (PAI) today launched a new ad urging Congress to stand with the President and secure America's food supply from the CCP by passing the 2026 Farm Bill.
The spot details how the 2026 Farm Bill will stop pro-CCP trial lawyers from sabotaging President Trump's agenda and weakening our food supply. The message is clear: “Pro-CCP trial lawyers are fighting against him, flooding courts with frivolous lawsuits, sabotaging his agenda, and leaving American farmers vulnerable. Their legal games are an attack on your food, but a key provision in the Farm Bill will stop them.”
The 30-second spot, "Can't Wait," is backed by a six-figure buy and will run on TV and digital in Washington, D.C.
The ad follows recent PAI polling of three key agricultural states, finding that a majority of Republican primary voters in the Heartland support the President's recent executive order invoking the Defense Production Act to secure the U.S. food supply, as well as protecting U.S. agriculture manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits being brought by the pro-CCP trial bar.
TRANSCRIPT:
President Trump is fighting for America's farmers and families.
He signed an executive order to rip Chinese influence out of our food supply and put America first.
But pro-CCP trial lawyers are fighting against him,
flooding courts with frivolous lawsuits, sabotaging his agenda, and leaving American farmers vulnerable.
Their legal games are an attack on your food,
but a key provision in the Farm Bill will stop them.
Farmers can't wait.
America can't wait.
Congress: Pass the farm bill now.
