PAI Launches New Ad Campaign Thanking AG Uthmeier for Fighting CCP Influence
“Sunlight” Praises Uthmeier for Cracking Down on Illicit Chinese Vapes and CCP-Linked Medical Device Companies
The Protecting America Initiative, a conservative nonprofit organization focused on safeguarding the nation from Communist China’s growing influence, launched a new ad campaign today thanking Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier for his work protecting Floridians from the threat of the CCP.
The ad highlights Attorney General Uthmeier's actions to rid Florida of CCP influence, including seizing thousands of unsafe, illegal Chinese vapes, auditing Chinese medical device companies, and ensuring products used by Florida hospitals and families are not used for CCP spying.
The new spot follows AG Uthmeier’s leadership to launch CHINA (Consumer Harm from International Nefarious Actors) Prevention Unit aimed at countering CCP threats in Florida. The CHINA Prevention Unit focuses on investigating and litigating “companies that are unlawfully sharing data with China and other foreign nations, putting Floridians’ data at risk.”
“Sunlight” will air on TV and digital platforms in Tallahassee and Tampa starting Thursday. This ad campaign is the latest of PAI's ongoing efforts to shine a light on CCP threats to American safety and security.
